This fully renovated and refurbished two-room apartment, comprising a bathroom and a bedroom, is located in the attic on the second floor and covers an area of 44 m². It offers:

- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a 2-ring ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.

- A spacious dining and living area with a cosy corner sofa that converts into a comfortable sofa bed. This area is attractively furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Within a five-minute walk, you can reach supermarkets and the "Neue Mitte" shopping center, as well as access public bus and train connections. In winter, your ski bus departs from this location, transporting you to the Winterberg ski area, Skiwelt Neuastenberg, or Altastenberg. During the summer months, you have direct connections to the Erlebnisberg Kappe adventure mountain. We nemen uw opmerkingen over de staat van onderhoud zeer serieus. Met name de situatie rond de douche en de daardoor ontstane natte, sterk ruikende vloer willen we onmiddellijk met onze technische dienst en het schoonmaakteam bespreken om hier iets aan te doen en dergelijke gebreken in de toekomst te voorkomen.
