The spacious apartment of approximately 118 m², newly built in 2021, offers comfortable accommodation close to the Veltins Arena and the Bikepark. Here are the most important details:
The kitchen in the open-plan living and dining room is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, toaster and kettle, along with a selection of fine teas. There is also a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine with capsules provided for the day of arrival. The living and dining area has a table for six people and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. A high chair can be provided upon request.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, and baby cots can be provided as required.
The two bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, washbasins, hairdryers and toilets. Large mirrors complete the facilities.
On pleasant summer evenings, you can relax on the terrace and enjoy views of the Sauerland mountains and the bobsleigh track.
