Welcome to **Kleine Auszeit – GR 3.2.2**, a modern and comfortable holiday apartment in a central location in Winterberg. Built in 2023, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building and is easily accessible by elevator. With 63 m² of living space, it accommodates up to five guests and is ideal for families, couples and small groups.

The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and food processor. After an eventful day, the wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy cozy evenings, while underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth.

The two separate bedrooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring. The entire apartment is designed with allergy sufferers in mind, providing a pleasant indoor climate.

A particular highlight is the **private infrared cabin directly in the apartment** – perfect for relaxing after an active day in the Winterberg mountains.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.

Families with children are very welcome. A baby cot and high chair are available for our youngest guests.

Entertainment is provided by two TVs and fast Wi-Fi with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps. A shared washing machine is also available.

The central location of the Gebirgsresort provides short distances to the most important points of interest:

A **free private parking space directly at the building** is available for your arrival. Due to the location and the many opportunities for excursions in the surrounding area, we recommend travelling by car.

The apartment is **non-smoking**. One pet may be brought along by prior arrangement (maximum 1 pet).
