This fully renovated and luxuriously appointed two-bedroom flat on the first floor covers an area of 37m² and features:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
- A modern bathroom with a rain shower and a hairdryer.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a two-ring ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.
- A spacious dining and living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, tasteful furnishings and a flat-screen TV.
- Free Wi-Fi and guest parking are available.
- Access is via a code system, so there is no need to hand over keys.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds. If you are travelling with a baby, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair. Please do get in touch with us about this!

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die Sauberkeit, sowie die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter vor Ort so positiv bewertet haben. Schön ist auch zu lesen, dass Ihnen die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung gefallen hat.
Wir bedauern, dass Sie den Türcode erst nach Ihrer Nachfrage und deutlich verspätet erhalten haben, dies sollte natürlich nicht vorkommen. Die Hauseingangstür wird zeitnah erneuert bzw. repariert, wir haben dies bereits an die Technik weitergeleitet.
Die angekündigte Flasche Wein ist tatsächlich durch die Smart Resorts Tasse und eine Flasche Wasser ersetzt worden, hier prüfen wir die Kommunikation nochmal.
Ihre Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Ausstattung nehmen wir gern auf und leiten diese an die zuständigen Kollegen weiter, damit wir hier eine sinnvolle Ergänzung prüfen können.
